Sacraments:

Eucharist

It is the third of three Sacraments of Initiation. It is most important for it is the Sacrament of Christ's sacrificial love for us. Each Mass is the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus literally before us.

In the Liturgy of the Word we are instructed in the ways of God. And in the Liturgy of the Eucharist we are strengthened to live those ways.
